Today's Hatena Featured Artist is Hunter-san (id:yppah) from Japan.

Please tell us a little about yourself.

I am 17 and in my second year of high school. My future dream is to become someone capable of making big decisions.

What are your interests or hobbies, and how do you spend your free time?

Recently I like to think about this and that in regards to life and the world.

Please introduce some of your best Flipnotes, and tell us why you like them.

★ "Hunter-san's Summer Holiday" - This is currently my favorite Flipnote. I did all the sounds with my own voice.

★ "Visit from Curry Rice Aliens" - I wanted to make a Flipnote with fantasy and horror elements.

★ "I Love Flipnote" - The guy in this animation is singing about his love for Flipnote Hatena.

★ "Judo" - This is my first Flipnote with movement.

★ This Flipnote was selected by Hatena.

What techniques or skills are you especially good at in your Flipnotes?

If you watch closely you will see that my serious Flipnotes also have a humorous twist.

What are some techniques or skills that you wish to improve, try, or learn to do in order make your Flipnotes better?

I find it difficult to transform my ideas into Flipnotes. Sometimes my imagination goes wild and I try to make something that exceeds my abilities. I am a perfectionist, so many of my ideas just end up as ideas.

Please introduce some of your favorite artists on Flipnote Hatena and tell us why you like them or their Flipnotes.

★ The Flipnotes by Kisho rocksU (id:fish123) always give me new ideas.

★ Jackall (id:jackall0125) makes many Flipnotes that are worth watching.

★ The Flipnotes by Procchi (id:ProTein) are extremely original, and no one can compare to him.

Is there something you would like to say to the Flipnote Hatena community?

I think of Flipnote Hatena itself as one piece of art, and one story. How this story develops is up to everyone who is part of this community. It would be great if we can all become important characters in this story taking place on Flipnote Hatena. You are free to make anything you want as long as you do not break the rules, and can enjoy Flipnotes in your own personal way. I hope everyone in this community can have a wonderful Flipnote life!
